Every year, as the warmth of summer envelops us, there’s a certain ritual I cherish and look forward to – visiting the Hundested Sand Sculpture Festival located in the coastal town of Hundested, Denmark. Artistic sculptors from all over the world gather to create intricate, awe-inspiring masterpieces on sand.
This year’s festival theme was “Once Upon a Time”, delivering a magical journey through stories and fairytales. Every sculpture captured the essence of age-old tales, transporting visitors to worlds filled with wonder. We knew some of the fairy tales, but some were entirely new to us. Anyway, you should check it out yourself, the festival is open until 22nd of October.
